| Bio | With over 6 years of experience, I've cultivated a versatile skill set blending academic excellence with practical expertise. I hold a Master of Development Studies (M.D.S.) from University of Dhaka and a Master of Social Science (M.S.S.) and a Bachelor of Social Science (B.S.S.) in Anthropology, from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. Proficient in MEAL strategies, I excel in proposal development, donor relations, and surveys. I've contributed to MEAL strategies, conducted assessments, tool development, ODK design, and delivered reports for international organizations. My skills also include Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), ToR development, partner capacity building, and working in fragile contexts. Additionally, I've demonstrated proficiency in field observation, literature review, qualitative data collection, survey design, and data analysis through projects such as assessing sexual and reproductive health needs of Rohingya women, conducting COVID19 rapid surveys, and exploring mobile money's impact on health system delivery during pandemics.
