| Bio | Patrick Milabyo Kyamusugulwa is Professor at the Bukavu High Institute of Medical Techniques in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He is also researcher at the Social Science Centre of African Development-KUTAFITI and member the DRC Humanitarian Observatory. In the last 4 years (since 2021), he has been serving as IHSA board member. He has published widely on local governance, community participation, reconstruction, development and sustainability in the context of the DRC. |
