The dilemma of digital risks represents one of the most important problems and dilemmas that civil society organizations go through in humanitarian work. Therefore, there must be a management system to reduce digital risks during humanitarian work, a management system that works according to strategies and practice plans aimed at identifying, evaluating, and addressing risks related to technology and information in The field of humanitarian work aims to protect humanitarian institutions and organizations from digital threats and improve the use of technology to achieve their humanitarian goals.
This paper aims to contribute by presenting some stories and evidence of those who have been at risk while carrying out their humanitarian work and who have been targeted by digital attacks.
