Abstract
The situation in Gaza has put International Humanitarian Law in jeopardy as never before. The introduction of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation represented a new depth in the gross negligence of IHL, culminating in murder parties in broad daylight that went un-sanctioned. What can be done to rescue IHL?
