With massive budget cuts on all sides, the humanitarian sector is going through a dramatic period of change. I would like to re-join the IHSA board at this critical juncture to help the Association do whatever it can to ensure these changes are informed by the wealth of knowledge and evidence we have – rather than a chaotic process driven by the parochial interests of different institutions.
