| Bio | Esther Mlingwa is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. She has actively worked in human rights and international law, geographically focusing on Tanzania and East Africa. Esther is also a PhD research fellow in the Everyday Humanitarianism in Tanzania Research Project (EHTZ), a joint research project between Denmark and Tanzania examining how ordinary people in everyday life engage in humanitarian crises in Tanzania. Her research interests within EHTZ include law, policy, and institutional frameworks in the context of humanitarianism. |
